Use smartphone instead of hotel room key

With the product, the tenant does not need to go to the reception desk to receive the key as usual, but will go directly to the reservation and use the smartphone as a key to open it. The new lock system installed at these hotels is able to communicate with smartphones via Bluetooth to open the door.

Guests will book online through the website or use the neoHotel mobile app for smartphones running Android and iOS to receive room numbers and unlock them upon arrival at the hotel. Not only that, this application also allows customers to access the elevator system and gym at the hotel. This saves them a lot of time when checking in when using the hotel's facilities.

Currently, each smartphone is only allowed to open one room. If more than one person shares a room, others must use traditional keys.

Neolock will expand this system to more hotels in the future to help the hotel control better and more professional.
